Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner will provide medical therapeutic services to out-patient and in-patient clients, working with the clinical team to determine the best course of treatment. The role involves assessment, evaluation, and implementation of individualized treatment plans, as well as consultation with staff and on-call coverage.
Requirements
Master's degree or higher
Licensure in West Virginia
SAMSHA Suboxone waiver
AANP and/or ANCC certification (preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Office, email, and EHR systems
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Attention to detail and completeness of clinical notes and documentation
