Role OverviewWorking interdependently with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, provides a broad range of nurse practitioner services following established policies and protocols. Provides services to patients including but not limited to ambulatory care, taking health histories, risk assessment and cancer screening, performing assessments, diagnosis, and conducting health education and counseling.
What You Will Do
Assess, manage and treat acute, chronic, benign, and malignant breast conditions. Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status. Prescribes medication appropriate to breast care management.

Requirements
- MA/MS
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Graduate from an accredited school
- Current NJ state NP license and CPR certification
- DEA licensure in NJ
- CDS licensure in NJ
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent preferred but not required
