In this rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages while working alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. Conduct physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current New Mexico licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Board certification
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care
