Role OverviewRecords physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, and prescribes treatment. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans. Works collaboratively with hospice employees and volunteers.
What You Will Do
Monitors patient progress, reports to supervising physician, and assists in lifting and transferring patients. Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment.

Requires 2+ years of experience in hospice, home health, or community health. Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program and state licensure required.
