Role OverviewLifeHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical reviews of employee self-certifying electronic medical questionnaires, fitness for duty evaluations, and review medical exam records. The NP will work onsite at the headquarters and/or remotely to perform medical review and support candidate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) cases.
What You Will Do
The NP will review electronic medical questionnaires, contact employees to discuss medical concerns, and make recommendations for improving process. They will also conduct records-based fitness for duty evaluations (FFD) and FMLA reviews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of direct and relevant experience in clinical practice, occupational health, and advanced case management. They must possess an unencumbered NP license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and have a BSN, and an MSN or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Requirements
- NP license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BSN, and an MSN or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct and relevant experience in clinical practice, occupational health, and advanced case management
- Ability to obtain a minimum National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check
