Nurse Practitioner (MNA)/ Physician Assistant - Per Diem - Pediatric Urgent Care - Burlington

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Must be nationally certified as an FNP, PPCNP, or CPNP, graduate from an accredited master's degree NP program and possess state licensure to practice as an APRN.
• Physician Assistant (PA) - Must have national certification and Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• NP/PA – Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.
• Minimum of two years of pediatric ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and good patient interviewing skills.
• Ability to interpret clinical information, assess the implication of treatment and develop and implement a plan of care.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands.
• Up to date with current standard of nursing care in Specialty.
• Demonstrated excellence in practice, documentation and utilization.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills.
