Role OverviewMobile Medical seeks a compassionate and independent Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care throughout The Villages, Leesburg, and Lake County, Florida. This role offers greater autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient care.
What You Will Do
Deliver comprehensive care directly in patients' homes, helping improve outcomes while building meaningful patient relationships. Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment and care plans.

Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Florida APRN License
- National Board Certification as: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
- Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
