Role OverviewWe're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our employer-based clinic in Ankeny, IA. The role is a PRN, day shift position, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (as needed). The NP will provide excellent primary clinical care in an occupational and urgent care health clinic.
What You Will Do
Provide superior clinical care and customer service to Medcor's client and employees, treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence Based Medicine standards, and perform various medical tasks such as pre-placement exams, medical surveillance, and return to work evaluations.

Requirements
- Valid unrestricted licensure
- Current DEA & BLS certifications
- DOT certification (may be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
- Positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
- Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
- Occupational health experience
