Role OverviewThe selected candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based Nutrition care for patients, including nutritional support and management of enteral tubes. This role will entail both inpatient and outpatient care, establishing continuity of care for patients.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as obtaining patient history, performing physical examinations, ordering and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and developing and implementing a treatment plan.
