Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of health and wellness needs, provide alternative and integrative medical care, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate
- Oregon NP/PA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Interest or experience in integrative/functional medicine, wellness, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred
