Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Time clinician to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.
What You Will Do
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting, manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits, order and interpret diagnostic studies, perform urgent care procedures, and document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA
- Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
- PA: NCCPA certification
- NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- Active BLS certification
- EHR proficiency
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
