Role OverviewUnder general supervision, responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing continuity of patient care, and coordinating care to ensure quality, effective care and patient safety.
What You Will Do
Performs comprehensive history and physical assessment, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, establishes medical diagnosis, and collaborates with attending physicians.

Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Nursing with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
- Registered and currently recorded with the Maryland Board of Examiners of Nurses
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland
- Valid state APRN Recognition within six (6) months of hire
- DEA and CDS eligible
- CPR required
- BLS required
- ACLS and/or other relevant certifications as required by the department
- A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
