Job Description
A Nurse Resident position is a mentored experience to facilitate transition from student to professional nurse, delivering coordinated nursing care for patients and supervising nursing and ancillary personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Masters Entry in a School of Nursing approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing
  • Minimum Experience: 0 - 6 months in similar work
  • Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider, ACLS Initial RQI within 30 days of hire, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Required License: Current CA RN License
