Role OverviewThe Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role requires a supportive presence, organization, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
What You Will Do
Create staffing schedules that ensure quality nursing care, coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing, and ensure compliance with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration
- Indiana RN, LPN or QMA license
