Job Description

Join Ridgeview Institute Monroe as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide exceptional direct care and support to patients. The RN Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards of care and hospital policy. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required and able to produce a valid Georgia State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
CPR certification and successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior, including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment and before assisting in restraining procedures.
