Requirements
Assist the DON/ADON in directing day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the facility.
Participate in developing, maintaining, updating policies/procedures that govern functions of nursing department.
Make written & oral reports/recommendations to the Director as necessary, concerning operation of the nursing department.
