Requirements
2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility
Active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
