Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced LTC Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to provide strong clinical leadership within our long-term care community in Boston, MA. What You Will Do
Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care, coordinate daily staffing needs, schedules, and unit workflow, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations, DPH standards, and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts in good standing
- Minimum 2-3 years of long-term care experience
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines, DPH requirements, and the MDS process
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (PCC experience preferred)
