Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced LTC Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to provide strong clinical leadership within our long-term care community in Boston, MA. This full-time day shift position offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high standards of resident care.

What You Will Do

Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care, coordinate daily staffing needs, schedules, and unit workflow, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations, DPH standards, and facility policies.

Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts in good standing, minimum 2-3 years of long-term care experience required, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts in good standing
  • Minimum 2-3 years of long-term care experience
  • Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines, DPH requirements, and the MDS process
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (PCC experience preferred)
