Role OverviewPromotes and maintains quality patient care, supervises nursing staff, and coordinates staffing on a shift-to-shift basis. Works under the direction of the Administrator on-call to determine the activation of the disaster plan and coordinates related activities.
What You Will Do
Plans, directs, and coordinates with Admissions and Bed Control to facilitate flow, monitors bed availability, and implements surge capacity measures as needed.

Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program
- 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
