Role OverviewUnder the general direction of the Vice President for Patient Services, the Nursing Administrative Supervisor assumes daily responsibility for management of Nursing Services. They maintain an awareness of interdepartmental relationships and facilitate communication to optimize patient care.

The supervisor manages available resources to meet the goals of the organization and department, promotes cooperation, and creates a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a current license to practice in New York State, a Bachelor's of Science in nursing degree, and at least five years of progressive experience in Nursing.
