Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar
  • Ability to assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care
  • Ability to escort residents within the building and outside, as needed
  • Ability to assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards
  • Ability to plan and execute activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Ability to treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
