Job Description
Western Massachusetts Hospital is seeking attentive and caring Nursing Assistants (NA) to provide outstanding care and service to patients. The ideal candidate will assist in daily living routines, assess changes in condition, and recommend care and service solutions under the direction of a professional nurse.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow written/oral instructions and gather information through observation and questioning individuals
  • Talent for working in a team setting or group situation
  • Skilled in interacting with people who are under physical and/or emotional stress
  • Current, active certification as a Nurse Aide in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (preferred)
