Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current BLS certification
  • One of the following credentials: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-IV)
  • One year of medical/clinical/clerical experience; preferably in a hospital, ambulatory surgery center, or prior experience in customer service
