Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse Educator designs, plans, and manages education projects, aligning education goals with business needs and identified strategies of Tampa General Hospital. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

What You Will Do

Designs learning and delivers education/training, measures and evaluates impact of education, and contributes to the improvement of human performance. Performs clinical duties according to established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, a BSN, and licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. Three years of related work experience and an MSN or Certification in a specialty approved for the ANCC Magnet requirement are also required.
