Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state or eligible to obtain
- Prior Administrator or senior leadership experience in long-term care preferred

- Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
