Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead a team of nursing staff and provide nursing services to individuals with complex conditions. As Manager of Nursing, you will oversee nursing assessments, diagnoses, plans, implementation, and evaluation, and ensure required training is completed. The role requires a minimum of five years of experience working with medically and/or behaviorally complex individuals, and one year of supervisory experience.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN program with current state RN license
Minimum of five years of experience working with medically and/or behaviorally complex individuals
One year of supervisory experience
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with others
Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks and workload
