Role OverviewLead accreditation readiness activities, manage accreditation functions, and conduct reviews of the Quality Management Plan. Collaborate with healthcare quality colleagues and management to ensure continuous readiness. Work closely with senior management to develop, attain, and evaluate metrics/outcomes.
What You Will Do
Manage accreditation functions, conduct reviews of the Quality Management Plan, and participate in the development of an internal reporting structure for quality management. Ensure timely reporting of quality data and assist committees and departments with PI planning and organization.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Health Science, Public Health, Health Informatics or a related health care field
- Minimum State of Florida Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN); or ability to obtain a Florida licensure by endorsement in first six months of position start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical nurse work experience in a clinical or healthcare environment and direct experience managing clinical quality outcomes involving accreditation and/or quality assurance activities
