Role OverviewThe Simulation Lab Coordinator supports the nursing department by managing the nursing skills lab and leading the planning and delivery of the simulation curriculum. This role includes overseeing lab operations, training faculty, instructing students, and assessing re-entry candidates.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, purchasing, and maintenance of lab supplies and equipment, designing and implementing simulation experiences, training faculty, and providing student tutoring and skills remediation.

Requirements
- Active and unencumbered RN licensure in the state of CA
- Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) and three (3) years of clinical experience
- Minimum one (1) year of teaching experience (preferred)
