Job Description
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for managing patient flow, routine clinical operations, and providing leadership in the absence of administration. They must make critical decisions to staff appropriately, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain the environment of care. The supervisor must also provide administrative, operational, and clinical support to patient care areas and administration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years clinical nursing experience
  • Associate's Degree or Other Accredited Program
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Demonstrated competence as a clinical practitioner
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and human relations skills
  • Proven knowledge of insurance, hospital, and professional regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, physician relations experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-up on high-profile issues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Information technology skills
