Role Overview

This position works collaboratively with the patient care leadership team, hospital medical providers, unit leaders and staff, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure hospital operations run according to policy and regulations and align with Vail Health’s mission, vision, and values.

What You Will Do

Manages resources in a manner that promotes patient safety, staff well-being, and fiscal responsibility. Ensures availability of necessary supplies, limiting waste. Facilitates timely patient throughput via collaboration with interdepartmental teams.

Requirements

  • Five years acute care clinical experience required
  • Two years of leadership experience preferred
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in nursing preferred
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
