Role OverviewThe Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join their team in Nursing-Clinical Operations on the Evening shift. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift.
What You Will Do
Key tasks include supervising the delivery of clinical care, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, providing staff support, evaluating and managing staffing needs, and conducting investigations and informing management of complaints and occurrences.

Requirements
- New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
- Previous experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facility
- Previous experience as an RN supervisor
