Nutrient Team Lead

The Nutrient Team Lead position is a leadership role that oversees the daily tasks of a team in a food service environment. The team leader is responsible for ensuring that products meet department standards, following safety policies, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires experience in food service, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively direct and coordinate the assignments of team members.

What You Will Do

The team leader will be responsible for reviewing call-offs, coordinating with management, and ensuring that daily departmental objectives are achieved. They will also be responsible for scheduling catering assignments, preparing food, and assisting management in ensuring that daily departmental objectives are met.

Requirements

• Valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from Monongalia County Health Department
• Completes Monongalia County Health Department Person-in-Charge (PIC) training
• Successfully pass WV DHHR Protected Services Record Check and WV CARES fingerprint-based criminal background check
