As a Nutrition Liaison, you will collect resident information and dietary data, support menu planning, and coordinate the dining experience.

Requirements

  • Collecting resident information and dietary data for the Registered Dietitian review
  • Obtaining resident food preferences and providing feedback to the care team
  • Printing and organizing meal tickets in a timely manner prior to meal service
  • Supporting menu planning, conducting meal rounds, and ensuring compliance with dietary standards
  • Participating in facility audits, sanitation checks, and assisting with quality control processes as needed
  • Maintaining Nourishment Kitchens
  • Coordinate the dining experience including set-up, service and clean-up
