Job Description
Idaho Falls Community Hospital is looking for an Outpatient Dietitian to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to patients, promote outpatient dietitian services, and maintain skills through professional development.

Requirements

  • Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients as referred by a healthcare provider and to self-referring patients
  • Apply the Nutrition Care process (NCP) including nutrition assessment, determination of nutrition diagnosis, developing and implementing evidence-based nutrition interventions, and monitoring and evaluating the patient's progress
  • Promote outpatient dietitian services at Idaho Falls Community Hospital
  • Maintain and development skills through professional development
