Job Description
Gritter Francona is seeking a motivated Nuvolo Junior Trainer to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting application programming, software systems, or technical training
  • Experience supporting Nuvolo EAM or SercieNow-based platform
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct classroom and/or virtual training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly instructional materials
