Job Description
Gritter Francona is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to support the Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience providing enterprise-level training
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software platforms
  • Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led and web-based training
  • Experience developing customized technical and operational training materials
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and software releases
