NY/NJ Area Quality and Records Manager

HDR is seeking a Quality and Records Manager for the NY/NJ area. This role serves as the local leadership representative for quality, supporting the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and working to advance the culture of quality in partnership with area leadership and the quality office.

What You Will Do

Provide guidance to Project Managers on project plans (e.g., PMP, QMP, RMP), coordinate with business group project quality managers, report QMS implementation and audit resolution strategies, communicate QMS updates to area leadership and staff, develop local processes supporting QMS implementation, and maintain a new employee onboarding program for QMS awareness.

Requirements

• Professional Degree required or equivalent years of experience
• A minimum of 6 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in related quality fields
• Applicable quality certification (or ability to obtain)
• A firm understanding of QMS fundamentals
• Proven skills in the areas of staff communication and engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience
• Strong familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and PowerPoint
