Role OverviewThe role involves leading multi-discipline projects related to heavy industrial seaport, private cargo and passenger terminals, and other waterfront infrastructure. The candidate will serve as a liaison with local maritime terminal owners and operators, provide oversight and coordination of several projects concurrently, and contribute to design and production efforts.
What You Will Do
The primary duties include planning, directing, and monitoring projects, demonstrating extensive experience in local maritime and waterfront infrastructure projects, and overseeing project deliverables and supporting documentation.

Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years experience strongly preferred
- Certification as a Project Management and Maritime Operations Professional
- Experience with heavy industrial and ports and maritime related projects along with construction observation or administration experience
- Demonstrated understanding of construction methods and logic of civil, industrial, coastal, and other types of related subject matter
- Established client relationships with PANYNJ and its tenant Marine Terminal Operators
- Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand
- Preference given to local candidates
