Requirements

  • Conduct detailed investigations to locate absent parents
  • Prepare documents for legal and administrative actions
  • Negotiate lump sum payments and out-of-court settlements
  • Monitor child support cases and refer delinquent cases for enforcement action
  • Document case actions using agency tools
  • Review and maintain child support virtual files
  • Assess child support cases to determine appropriate action
  • Explain Child Support Program policies and procedures to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Serve as Notary Public
