Requirements

  • Conducts detailed investigations to locate absent parents
  • Assists in establishing paternity
  • Obtains court orders for financial support and health care coverage for children
  • Enforces child support orders
  • Responds to customer inquiries
  • Promotes the involvement of both parents in their children's lives
  • Collaborates with state agencies and community organizations to serve Texas families
