Job Description
The Constituent Affairs Division (CAD) is the OAG's interface with the public. The Customer Service Rep will respond to main OAG switchboard, mail tracking, routing agency correspondence and filing.

Requirements

  • Responds to inquiries to the main OAG switchboard by providing information and referrals
  • Assists with clerical tasks, reports, and other duties as assigned
  • Maintains various internal tracking and filing systems
  • Reads and routes agency correspondence; prepares outgoing mail, courier requests
  • Greets visitors, responds to inquiries, and directs them to appropriate staff
  • Performs related work as assigned
  • Maintains relevant knowledge necessary to perform essential job functions
  • Attends work regularly in compliance with agreed-upon work schedule
  • Ensures security and confidentiality of sensitive and/or protected information
  • Complies with all agency policies and procedures, including those pertaining to ethics and integrity
