Job Description
The Constituent Affairs Division is the OAG's interface with the public, handling incoming contacts and routing them elsewhere in the agency. The Customer Service Rep will respond to the main OAG switchboard, assist with clerical tasks, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Responds to inquiries to the main OAG switchboard
  • Assists with clerical tasks, reports, and other duties
  • Maintains internal tracking and filing systems
  • Reads and routes agency correspondence
  • Prepares outgoing mail and courier requests
  • Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate staff
  • Maintains relevant knowledge necessary to perform essential job functions
  • Attends work regularly and ensures security and confidentiality of sensitive information
