Job Description

Requirements

  • Conduct detailed investigations to locate absent parents
  • Assist in establishing paternity and obtaining court orders for financial support and health care coverage
  • Enforce child support orders and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with state agencies and community organizations to serve Texas families
  • Resolve complaints concerning case status and supervise office staff
  • Maintain current knowledge of child support policies and procedures, Texas Family Law, federal regulations, and other states' IV-D regulations
