Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Occupancy Specialist to support the operations at Channel Island Apartments, a 152-unit affordable apartment community in Oxnard, CA. This role is responsible for processing applications and recertifications for income-eligible households in accordance with HUD, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include overseeing the application process, conducting property tours, developing strategies to attract prospective tenants, fostering positive relationships with residents and team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
