What You Will Do
Prepare reports, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and manage program documentation. Assist with industrial hygiene surveys, enter data into DOEHRS-IH, support compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 2-4 years of experience in inspection, PM, calibration, and repair of medical equipment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, have knowledge of general medical ethics, and excellent communication and customer services skills.
Requirements
- Associate degree in biomedical equipment technology or engineering
- Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician certification
- 2-4 years of experience in inspection, PM, calibration, and repair of medical equipment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, EPA, and other regulatory standards
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of general medical ethics, telephone etiquette, and customer services skills
