Role OverviewEvaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and quality of life. Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, mobility, balance, and safety.
What You Will Do
Deliver coordinated care, recommend and train residents and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and fall prevention strategies, and maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to communicate fluently in English, graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, current, active MA Occupational Therapist license, and minimum 1-year experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
