Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice
- Graduate of ACOTE accredited school
- Foreign-trained occupational therapists must have a credentials evaluation organization approved by the AOTA to deem their program substantially equivalent to an Occupational Therapist entry level education in the U.S.
