Job Description
Occupational Therapist – Home Health position available with a therapist-focused home health organization in the St. Louis metro area. The role involves providing 1:1 OT services in patient homes, completing evaluations, and developing individualized care plans. The schedule is hourly with 5.5 to 6 visits per day and mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.

Requirements

  • Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
