Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Evaluation and treatment skills necessary to provide Occupational Therapy
- Professional initiative, objectivity, good time management and interpersonal skills
- Physically, cognitively and perceptually able to provide patient treatment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 Days
- Ohio licensure status of Limited Permit
- Licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Occupational Therapy
