Job Description
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve the skills they need for day-to-day life. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy that supports independence, safety, and progress.

Requirements

  • Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Educate patients and family members on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare staff regarding treatment progress
